Chalet Ortles

General rental conditions

• The chalet is only rented by the week in the main season, arrival day is Saturday.
• In the low season, the chalet can also be booked for a shorter period of time.

Terms of payment

• The prices for the chalet are per day for 8 people. Additional price for the 9th and 10th person in the chalet is € 50.00 per night, for the 11th and 12th person € 30.00 per night.
• The prices for the holiday apartment are per day for 2 people. Each additional person pays € 30.00 per night
• The local tax is € 2.40 per person / day for guests aged 14 and over and must be paid on site.
• The deposit is € 300.00 for the chalet and has to be deposited on site. The deposit for the holiday home is € 200.00.
• The final cleaning for the Chalet is € 200.00 and fot the holiday home € 70.00. It is not included in the rental price.
• Optionally, excellent South Tyrolean and Italian wines in every price range are available in the chalet's wine cabinet
• Optionally bookable: Breakfast.

The cancellation conditions are independent of whether the apartments are partially or fully rented out.

Discounts for children

• Children in the chalet are free up to 8 years. In the holiday home up to 5 years.

On request, we can provide children's equipment (high chair, cot).

Free WIFI

Unlimited surfing in the Internet: you can use free WIFI in all apartments.

Cancellation conditions

There is no right of withdrawal within the meaning of the consumer protection code. Nevertheless, we grant you the following cancellation conditions:

• 4 months to 1 month before arrival 30% of the total price
• 1 month to 1 week before arrival 70% of the total price
• In the last week before arrival 100% of the total price
• In the event of early departure, 100% of the total price

The cancellation conditions are independent of whether the apartments are partially or fully rented out.

The apartments are ready for occupancy from 4 p.m. on the day of arrival. The apartments must be vacated by 10 a.m. on the day of departure.

If you arrive later in the evening and we are no longer able to check-in, we will give you the access code for the entrance door in advance.

Parking

Private parking spaces are located directly in front of the chalet and are available free of charge.

Vacation with your dog

You are welcome to bring your darling on four paws with you by prior arrangement. So that your four-legged friend also feels comfortable in the apartments, we recommend that you bring a blanket, basket and favorite food with you. We charge € 15.00 per day.
